COMMERCIAL CLEANER

Commercial cleaner required to join our team and support our Operations Manager, and provide staff holiday cover in the King's Lynn and surrounding areas.
Minimum of 30 hours per week Monday to Friday work times may vary and will involve early mornings and evenings.
Cleaning duties are varied and full training will be provided. This position does require use of a reach and wash system, use of ladders and some heavy lifting of equipment.
You will be adaptable, dependable and capable of managing multiple priorities and responsibilities to meet the day-to-day requirements of the business.

It is essential you drive and have your own car or van and a clean full UK licence.

TRAINEE COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL CLEANER

We are looking for a trainee commercial and industrial cleaner to join our team.
Monday to Friday, varied start times, 30 hours per week.
Pay rate: National Living Wage. Experience not essential as full training will be provided.

You must be able to provide a high standard of cleaning, be reliable, have good communication skills, be approachable and able to work alone or as part of a small team.
Reliability and flexibility are essential as you will be working alongside the Operations Manager and Supervisor, as well as providing cleaning cover for staff holidays and absences at various locations, which means start times may vary.
It is essential that you have your own car or van and a valid UK driver’s licence, as you will be required to travel to various customer sites. A fuel allowance, plus an additional monthly allowance will be provided. Details to be discussed at the interview.
Salary is every 4 weeks paid by BACs; 28 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays (pro-rata). You are not required to work bank holidays and weekend working is rarely required.
Appointment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure, through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
